This lead to many trying a second time, thinking they filled out the CC info wrong, but the same thing would occur again. No other explanation of what happened, or what the issue was. After filling out the CC form and clicking buy, we got a "404 page not found", no download available and no entry in the order history. But due to an unknown issue, the purchase transaction failed. The Anno 1800 game, was just released, and many had hoped to be able to play the game during Easter break.
